Kimberly Beute is the Controller / Compliance Manager with Blackford Capital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Ms. Beute’s responsibilities include accounting administration, presentation of the monthly financials, and monitoring portfolio company compliance with financial and reporting objectives.  Prior to working for Blackford Capital, Ms. Beute was an audit manager with Andrews Hooper & Pavlik PLC with a focus on financial institutions.  Previously, Ms. Beute worked at Marsh as an insurance and risk management client executive and at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments as the risk manager for the $11 billion US based real estate portfolio.  While at Lend Lease, she also worked in the investment management department analyzing acquisitions and exit strategies for commercial real estate assets valued between $35 million and $600 million.

Ms. Beute received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in Accountancy from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Ms. Beute is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Bank Auditor.
