Cason Green is an Analyst with Blackford Capital.  Mr. Green's responsibilities include conducting financial and operational reviews of new investment opportunities as well as monitoring current portfolio companies.  Prior to working for Blackford Capital, Mr. Green worked as a senior advisor in Ernst & Young’s Assurance and Advisory Services practice in Orange County, CA, where he focused on the Real Estate and For-Profit Education industries.  Mr. Green's experience encompasses working with senior management teams to plan and execute financial statement audits, operation reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

Mr. Green is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. in Finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

Curtis Olinger (San Francisco)

Curtis Olinger joined Blackford Capital in 2010. Mr. Olinger’s responsibilities include conducting financial and operational reviews of new investment opportunities as well as monitoring current portfolio companies. Prior to working at Blackford Capital, Mr. Olinger was a partner at Dunhill Partners West and helped run Dunhill’s commercial real estate investment portfolio. Before Dunhill Partners, Mr. Olinger worked in mortgage banking at GT Financial and private client wealth management at UBS PaineWebber.

Joe Presutti is an Analyst at Blackford Capital. Mr. Presutti is responsible for identifying, researching, and analyzing potential investment opportunities for Blackford Capital. Mr. Presutti joined Blackford Capital in 2010 after pursuing  degrees in Finance and Economics at Grand Valley State University. He is actively involved in the Peter Cook Leadership Academy, Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization, and the Economics Club in Grand Rapids.

Nathanael Geers joined Blackford Capital as an intern in 2011. Nathanael is responsible for sourcing potential investment opportunities, and performing the due diligence necessary to further the investment process. Nathanael is currently pursuing a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He serves on the Student Senate Appropriations Committee, the executive board of Phi Chi Theta Professional Business & Economics Fraternity, and is President of the Seidman Economics Club. Upon graduation in 2013, he plans on pursuing an M.B.A. as well as Ph.Ds in both Finance and Economics.

Jeff Pauza is an Analyst at Blackford Capital. Mr. Pauza is responsible for identifying, researching, and analyzing potential investment opportunities for Blackford Capital. Mr. Pauza joined Blackford Capital in 2011 after pursuing degrees in Finance and Accounting from Grand Valley State University. While at Grand Valley State University Mr. Pauza was the captain of the Men’s varsity swim team. He was also an active member of Beta Alpha Psi. Prior to his start at Blackford Capital, Mr. Pauza worked in the Audit Services group at Deloitte & Touche, where he focused on the furniture and industrial manufacturing industries.
