Mikael Hastrup is a Marketing Analyst with Blackford Capital.  Mr. Hastrup participates in Blackford Capital’s deal sourcing efforts, including forming and maintaining relationships with business brokers and other third-party intermediaries for prospective investment opportunities.   Prior to working for Blackford Capital, Mr. Hastrup worked in mergers and acquisitions intern at Harvey and Co. LLC, a middle-market investment firm.

Mr. Hastrup is a Business Economics and Music Performance-Bass double major at the University of California, Irvine; with a minor in Accounting.

Sanil George is an Analyst with Blackford Capital. Mr. George is responsible for assisting with deal sourcing and origination efforts at Blackford. His responsibilities include conducting financial reviews of new investment opportunities and evaluating potential acquisition targets. Prior to working for Blackford Capital, Mr. George worked as a consultant with Capgemini. Mr. George has project management experience in planning, scoping, effort estimation, monitoring, reporting and implementation of multiple projects while working with Capgemini.

Mr. George is a business administration major with a focus on corporate finance and asset management at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College at Boston. He holds an Engineering degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology in India.

Michael Tedori is an analyst with Blackford Capital.  Mr. Tedori participates in the deal sourcing and origination efforts at Blackford.  His responsibilities include conducting financial reviews of new investment opportunities and evaluating potential acquisition targets.  Mr. Tedori also assists in establishing and maintaining relationships with transaction intermediaries.  Prior to working for Blackford Capital, Mr. Tedori worked at Lehman Brothers in Tokyo, Japan in the Global Commercial Real Estate Division. As an analyst, he engaged in preparation and revision of loan securitization projects focused on commercial real estate in the greater Tokyo area.  Prior to Lehman Brothers, he also spent time in the Business Development and Marketing Division of Quiksilver Japan in Chigasaki, Japan.  At Quiksilver, he developed business plans for up and coming international sportswear products in Japan and sourcing from Australia, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Tedori received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Eastern Asian Studies & Japanese Language.
