Blair Swogger Joins Industrial Piping, Inc. as Chief Financial Office

September 2, 2008 - Pineville, NC – Industrial Piping, Inc (www.goipi.com), a provider of mechanical construction, fabrication, and fire protection services to industrial manufacturing facilities is pleased to announce that Blair Swogger has joined the company as chief financial officer.

Prior to joining IPI, Mr. Swogger was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of H3Sportgear, LLC, a leading provider of Licensed and Custom headwear, apparel and accessories to the corporate and retail markets. Prior to H3Sportgear, Mr. Swogger served as the Vice President, Finance and Operations, for Jarden Home Brands, a consumer products company, where he provided tactical and strategic leadership to improve the financial performance of the company, and prior to Jarden Home Brands, Mr. Swogger was the Vice President of Finance for Keter Group Resin Partners, Inc, where he was chosen by a wholly owned $80 million U.S. subsidiary of manufactured plastic consumer products to manage finance and IT functions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Swogger was a Division Controller for Allied-Signal Aerospace, where he was responsible with five different Aerospace divisions.

Mr. Swogger received his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College, and his B.A. in Business Administration, from Saint Francis University in Fort Wayne, IN.
