Linc Holland Joins Board of Directors of Quality Imaging Products

November 15, 2001 - Lake Forest, CA - (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Linc Holland, 48, CEO, Atma Software, and former VP of External Manufacturing and Logistics at Cisco Systems has joined the Board of Directors of Quality Imaging Products (QIP), a worldwide leader in toner and inkjet cartridge remanufacturing.  Martin Stein, QIP's CEO commented, "We are honored that Linc has agreed to join the Board. As the CEO of Atma Software, Mr. Holland helped bring leading edge Supplier Management software to the marketplace.   Prior to Atma Software, Mr. Holland was the VP of External Manufacturing and Logistics at Cisco Systems, the worldwide leader in networking for the internet. In his position at Cisco, Mr. Holland initiated and implemented Cisco's industry-leading external manufacturing strategy and was responsible for $8 billion of outsourced manufacturing.  Previously, Mr. Holland was the VP of European Operations for Sun Microsystems, where he managed $4 billion of revenues. 

Mr. Holland is actively involved in a number of limited venture funds.  He received his BA from Stanford University and his MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
