History
Garry has 35 years of experience in finance and accounting both in the USA and the UK. He was born in the United Kingdom, where he attained his professional qualifications.
After gaining experience and industry knowledge at several accounting firms in the UK, he started his own tax practice in the late 1990s. Garry sold that business in 2015 and emigrated to Grand Rapids. He has worked as the controller at Blackford since 2019.
Outside of Work
Garry lives in Sparta, Michigan, where he enjoys tackling home projects. He has three kids and loves traveling throughout Europe and beyond with his wife.
