Our team reviews between 3,000 and 5,000 acquisition opportunities a year, which we gather through research and an extensive network of industry professionals, service providers and investment bankers. We select around 50 each year to undergo our diligence process and present to our investment committee.
The investment committee reviews opportunities weekly to pinpoint the companies that best align with our criteria for investment growth. We look for companies where we know we can add value, where we will have majority control, and where we can have an optimized capital structure that benefits all of our stakeholders.
