Lisa Long is the Director of Operations at Blackford Capital. With more than ten years of experience in operations and administration, she leads the firm’s human resources and operational functions, including recruiting and onboarding, employee training and development, performance management, and the standard operating procedures that keep the firm running smoothly. Lisa also provides executive support to the firm’s leadership team.
History & Education
Lisa previously worked for 5 years at other financial institutions as Executive Assistant and 5 years at a Cincinnati based law firm as a Legal Assistant. She graduated from Cincinnati State University with an Associates of Science Degree in Legal Studies, with a Paralegal Certificate.
Outside of Work
Lisa is a wife and mom of three who loves cooking, concerts, and time with her family. She and her husband collect sports memorabilia, and she’s always in the middle of a good book.
